Just Call Him Life Saver, Not ...

I just love it whenever I hear about a pooch who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Is there a better one than the story about Zoey, who saved a 1-year-old from being bitten by a rattlesnake by jumping in front of the lunging serpent and taking the bites?

There's no doubt that they should rename this rover Life Saver, and not because he tastes like roll candy. And while we all love Life Savers of both the heroic and sugary kind, this Life Saver answered the question posed in this blog.

I pray that this renaming fate does not befall this heroic quadriped.
